Hiding Pages - now you see me, now you don't?

We have a 3 page form in pdf that we send to clients to fill out and return. Is it possible to have only 2 of those pages visible to the client, then, when it is returned to us, all 3 are visible and available to print?

I've been asked to do this, and told it was possible. I'm a little skeptical, and now we have lunch riding on this.
