Hi,

I have a hunt group and would like to hide the number when making outgoing calls.

I may have to apply this to individual users in the future, so if there is a difference please point me in the right direction

Thanks

S

use a shortcode for this

after the "N" put a "W" (witheld)

probably you have a system shortcode where you send your number
make a shortcode like that at the huntgroup
fur users the sameway only make it for the user

Women and cats can do as they please and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea!

hmm you can't do this for a huntgroup
only users can do this

Note for tlpeter
your 1st answer was correct & groups cannot make outgoing calls only users.

this is why groups do not have a shortcode tab.

your right but i was very busy and had a thought :)

might be better to send the main number than withold. I do not answer witheld CLID, that is what VM is for.

yep me either.. usually withheld's are telemarketers or 1 of those free magazine questionaires to renew the subscription that i forgot to fill out online, and those are just plain painful over the phone.. so many questions.
