Hi,

I'm having a problem getting rid of a menu bar. I'm unchecking "allow full menus" under the startup command on the toobar. Also, I'm unchecking "menubar" under View/Toolbars/Customize. Will the menu bar only disappear after my program becomes an executable? Is this why it's not going away?

Thanks for any help,
MB

I think your solution is to create your own menu bar and only give the users they need (exit, print, etc).

Hi,

Thanks, Larry. That kind of confirms that for me.

Thanks,

Try putting "=0" (withouth the quotes) in the Menu Bar property of your form. That will set the menu bar for that form to "nothing". You will have to do this for each and every form (including subforms).

You can aslo create a too custom tool bar to do what you want . If you put "=0" in the menu bar property of the form
