Hi

I have a problem with a bar chart in Crystal Xi

I have a report that displays the last 12 months sales by month in a chart. The chart also displays a rolling 12 month average of sales.

I have set the sales formula to just sum the sales if they are in the last 12 months and therefore any months before Jan 07 show as 0.

The problem I have is that the x axis still displays month names before Jan 07 and therefore I have a graph that shows around 2 years of months but with only bars for the last 12.

I want to display just the last 12 month names. The only way I have been able to do this so far is to exclude sales older than 12 months from the report, but this prevents my rolling 12 month figure calculating correctly.

Any ideas?

If all else fails, you may want to evaluate our CRChart add-in for Crystal Reports ( It has some macros for suppressing risers that you might find useful.
