Hi,

Can you hide data items on a pivot table that meet a certain criteria? I know about hiding PivotItems but I am looking to hide all entries that have a Sum of Value = 0.
Any way to do this?

TIA.

Hi,

I know of no way to do what you want directly in a Pivot Table. You can't even use a filter in a PivotTable.

However, I have used AutoFilter outside a PivotTable on data referencing the PivotTable. You just need to be aware that you could filter a row containing ROW LABLES.

Hope this helps :)

Thanks Skip but not realy what I need. I fear you may have answered my question though in saying you can't filter a pivot. I need to base the exclusion on the sum of the data itmes to know whether two items have cancelled each other out (ie sum = 0). :(
