hiding button when printing

hi,

can some one tell me how I hide a button from printing.

I've searched google and adobe help and can't find the answer, the only thing i found was this...

but i don't want a demonstration , i know what the effect will be , i want to know how to do it!

i'm pretty green when it comes to Adobe , so all help appreciated.
