How would I go about hiding specific numeric rows in an access table in vba, and still have them summed?

It's call site data. I have the signon duration, and an "idle" duration, comprised usually of about 6 or 7 records per person. This is in seconds, and we add it up. I want to see the sum, but not the detail.

If the square peg won't fit in the round hole, sand off the corners.

So, use an aggregate query (GROUP BY clause in SQL code).

Hope This Helps, PH.
