Hiding A Whole Group Including Details

Hi All,

I am not 100% sure I am posting in the correct forum so I apologise in advance.

I am having trouble trying to hide a whole group including the details section.

My Report should do this:

Group 1 - ACC01 (AccountCode)

Group 2 - (Job Number and is suppressed)
Job Number Paper POD DSC POD
222232 YES NO
222232 NO YES

Report identifies two records with the same job number and has both a Paper POD and a DSC POD so suppress the whole group including the details section for both records.

Instead it is hiding group 2 header and footer and only one of the records.

If someone could help me it would be much appreciated.

Just to add futher information to the above.

Group - 1 ACC01
Group - 2 (Job Number and suppressed)
Job Number Paper POD DSC POD
222235 YES NO
222236 NO YES

Above example is as it should be

Group - 1 ACC02
Group - 2 (Job Number and suppressed)
Job Number Paper POD DSC POD
222237 YES NO
222237 NO YES - Both records and group needs suppressing
222238 Yes NO

Try a conditional suppression formula like this:

maximum({table.paperPOD},{table.jobno}) = "YES" and
maximum({table.DSCPOD},{table.jobno}) = "YES"

...for both the group section and details section.
