Hide website urls/links??

Is there anyway that you can hide the information in the address bar, so that the only thing that is displayed is the domain name only. Not sure if I am explaining this well, but lets say that I have a domain of

http://www.help.com

If i clicked on a link it would show for instance

http://www.help.com/how.html

IS there any way to hide the how.html part of the address in the url bar?
