Using CR XI
I am using a cross tab to show data by quarters. When I export this data in to Excel using the export option Microsoft Excel 97-2000(XLS) , it export the titles for each page. So I have to manually go through the exported excel sheet and delete all the extra rows with headings.
Is there a quicker way of doing this? I have tried suppressing the titles in the cross tab and adding the titles manually at the top of cross tab but the time period is supplied by a parameter and could change at any time.

I know I can use the data only option while exporting but I need to retain the look and feel of the report.

Thanks

You could format the column labels to suppress using:

pagenumber > 1

This will result in only one row of labels, but still will show empty rows for the suppressed rows. Other than this, you could consider a manual crosstab.
