Hide some users from the directory

Hi,

How can i hide some users from appearing in the directory of the enterprise.
I don't want others users being able to search for their names.

Delete them from the directory then and they will not appear in it.

when i delete them i can't access them in the ccmadmin page nor the directory in the attendant console.

I thought you said you do not want them to appear in the directory. The attendant console directory is one and the same as the corporate directory.

If you still want them to access the ccmadmin or ccmuser web page give them dummy user names (eg abc1) so their names don't appear in the directory but they appear as abc1 and leave the extension number field blank.

The other way is to prefix the name with _axxsee. Unless someone searches for a name begining with _ then you should be ok
