Hide/Show <textarea>

I have been struggling with this for a while. I want to do this....

I want to have a <textarea> show and hide on the selection of a couple of radio buttons.

I can get this to work but my problem is having it work in NN4. I have NOT found a way to do this is NN4 where I can keep the <textarea> in the same form as the radio buttons.

For my purposes, I NEED to keep the <textarea> in the same form as the radio buttons.

Any thoughts?
