I have a report that has multiple subreports, each contained in a separate report header. I can suppress each of these reports seperately with an individual parameter ie. parameter to hide RHa, RHb and so on. This looks very messy when the report is run and because the list is so long, a fair amount of scrolling is needed.

What I would like to do is use one parameter with "allow multiple values" set to true and then select the section(s) to be suppressed.

Is this possible?

If I place the parameter on the report, it only shows the first value selected, I thought it would show some kind of array??

Hi,
to see the contents of the parameter value array you need to create a string out of them using the Join() function

for an array named MyArray that has 3 values
smith jones and Company
using
Join(myArray,",") will result in a string like:

smith,jones,Company

[profile]

Thanks Turkbear, Join was a function that I had forgotten.

In my case I just used a formula

Join({?Criteria})

and then suppress section using "1" in {@CriteriaArray}

Works perfectly.
