I have a report that I generate from a query. This query has a yes/no value. There is a field that I need to hide if the yes/no is false. This field that I want to hide will always have data. Can someone help me to resolve this? Thanks in advanced.

Assuming the textbox and checkbox are in the detail section then in the Detail Format event procedure put something like:

me!mytexboxname.visible = me!mycheckboxname

I really apreciate your help. The code works perfectly. One thing that I forgot to say is that the information is generated twice, one at the right and one at the left. It is some kind of labeling for boxes. Then all I do is print and cut in the middle to label the boxes. What happens now is that the code works perfectly in the left side but not in the right one, it does nothing. Thank you for taking time to asnwer my question.

Regards.

Then you want two lines that look like the example; one for each textbox.

I solved the problem. All I have to do was change the name of the field that was repited and now the code works perfectly. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
