If you are willing to get your hands dirty and comment out some lines in the ASP files this is doable...
I believe the owner / modified info is rendered via functions found in the OnjectGUICuLib.asp. If you were to search for the string [green]'Descriptor: Owner[/green] or [green]'Descriptor: Modified[/green] you would find references to where this information is rendered. I think your solution might be as simple as simple commenting out the Response.write line whereever you see this descriptor string mentioned.
