Hide mouse cursor VBScript.

Using simple VBScripting, is there anyway to call API’s, more importantly any API’s used to hide the mouse cursor?

I am trying to come up with a solution to prevent my desktop users from launching any applications until the login process is completed and all patches and login scripts have completed running.

Anyone else find solutions for this type of issue?
