Hide menues on left side?

Is it possible to hide the menues on left side? I want to hide Service because whe will not use that funcionality.

You can use either Microsoft CRM security to hide entities or alternativley modify the sitemap.xml to only show the entities your users want to see.

In addition, sitemap.xml is useful as you can re-organize the menu as required by users. Be sure to make a database back of CRM and also the default sitemap in case you make an error.
