Hi,

For the moment our Notes Address book NAB has about 300 mailgroups. These mailgroups are a mix of all kinds of groups (mail, all-purpose for ACL, system mail distribution groups...etc). I was wondering if it's possible to HIDE some of these mailgroups. In exchange you can simply set a mailgroup so it's not visible in the address book, but can still be used by the users. I want to do the same thing in Notes for our system mail-distribution groups. These groups are used to receive e-mails from different servers (viruswarnings, server messages,...etc) and send them to the admins. Off course users do not need to see these groups, because they are only used to distribute a mail to a certain group. BTW we use the Notes 5.0.12 client and domino server 5.0.11.

Anyone ideas?

Thanks

Wim
