I have a situation where I have created a crosstab report with dynamic Column Headings where I have two row headings, one being a technician's name and the other being the gl code for the hours that they have worked. All of the data is inputted in through the code setting up the recordsource. I have tried setting the value on the field that contains the tech's name for Hide Duplicates to Yes, what this does is keep the first technician's name at the top of my report, but it then hides all of the other technician's names. If need be, I will post the code that I am using. I was thinking that there might be a way to through the code setup the visibility to False for each one that is a duplicate. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Please let me know.

Thanks!

Does Anyone have any thoughts on this issue? Please help me with this problem if you know how to correct it.

Thank you!

are you doing the appropiate grouping(s) and including group headers? these are often the culprits in the situation you mention.

With this, I have no groupings. I am using Access 97 and I am inputting all of the values in the fields through code. I can send you a copy of it if you would like. The report is based on a query that is associated with a crosstab query. Please let me know.

Thanks!
