Hi all,

We are using a Multivantage switch with Callmaster V's. Agents will be placing calls via a VB application utilising CTI. The program will add a code in front of the number they are dialling as it will route across specific trunks, due to it being an international call. The agent won't see this code on their monitor, but will see it on their Callmaster display - how can I stop this so nothing, or somthing else at least, is displayed on their phone.

There are similar threads to this but I can't find any where the question is to hide the display from the agent.

Cheers,
Nick
