I have some high-security data (credit card info, social security numbers) in some tables and views and wanted to know what is the best procedure to hide this data from being viewed by other DBOs within my company which also have access to the SQL Server.

Is there a way to password-protect tables/views or encryption or what do you recommend?

Are you sure these other users need to be members of the db_owner role in this database? You should find you can give them necessary permissions using a combination of other roles so that you can deny them access to the necessary data.

If they do need db_owner membership then you'll need to encrypt the actual data in the table.
