Hide and unhide all

I have a document, and for reasons to lengthy to get into here, I hid all rows and columns one of the sheets. Now I can't fihure out how to unhide them. It is not allowing me to select all and get the shortcut menu.

This is a development copy of the document, so I have not lost anything. But, I sure would like to know if I can get the rows/columns back. Some code perhaps?

Scratch the Ctrl+A...
I should have said...

Window > Unhide
Select the workbook name in the window
OK
