hide all palettes keyboard shortcut

I thought there was a keyboard shortcut to hide all palettes (or, to make them all reappear if they're hidden). Can anyone refresh my memory?

I think the "Tab" key is what you're looking for.

it's the Tab key.
Theres a shortcut list in the help file somewhere i think.
I only find most of them by accident... 'help! wheres everything gone?'
