Hidden text issue

Hi,

I have some hidden text in a template which is causing me problems. I've set up three styles

1 Title

Hidden text[/color Red]

1.1 steps

The hidden text gives a few instructions to novice users of the template. However when the hiiden text is hidden the 1.1 steps seems to get the hidden text style, which is a pain. What am I doing wrong.

How are your styles defined? What style is the "1.1 steps" based on?

Plus EXACTLY how are you hiding the text? There was another thread - I can't find it right now - where someone wanted text that explained the purpose of a formfield beside it. But they did not want that text to be printed. I suggested a bookmark with text. When the document printed, all the bookmarks were deleted together.
