Hidden (?) Switchboard form

After creating a Switchboard with the Switchboard Manager the Switchboard From does not appear on the form list. The Switchboard Item table is on the table list. The form appears to be hidden. How can I unhide the form?

To unhide a hidden form, in Access 2000 (97 isn't that much different either), click on Tools...options...and under the View tab make sure that "Hidden Objects" is checked. After that, if the form is hidden you should see it "ghosted" over under forms. If not, then... can anyone else help?
