Hidden Script Popup Ads

Hello,
I have been infected with a hidden popup script from 202.134.182.* that every few hours throws three or four URL popup ads up on my screen.

How can I find this script or what ever. I have tried adware, and still it happens.

You could block the IP address by putting a line into your hosts file like;

127.0.0.1 202.134.182.*
