Is there a way to create "hidden" members of enterprise or domain level groups? The reason I am asking is because I have ran into something I have never seen before. I have a hidden member in my Enterprise Admin group which is actually a computer name (Computer$). I discovered this using GFI NSM 6. I create a monitoring check that monitored the Enterprise Admin group and once I activated the check, it discovered a member of the group I cannot see. I cannot find the user with any searches. Using ADSI edit shows the account in question, but other than that I cannot see any place else where this account shows up. Has anyone seen this before?
