Hi All

I have a database that was created to collect Asset information, on the asset information form I enter a user that is responsible for the asset. Each user has an asset view that allows them to see what assets have been assigned to them, but for some reason all assets that I have created even though they have been assigned to the correct user do not show up on the individual users view, as a test I had a user create an asset themselves and it shows up on there view ok. Am I missing something on the form to allow other people to see the forms I have created?

Regards

If it is a view issue, then you need to check that the document you create is included in the Selection formula of the view the user uses.

These things can be a bit confusing sometimes, especially if the view selection formula is a long one. It's best to write it down in that case, and resolve on paper.

Pascal.

I've got nothing to hide, and I'd very much like to keep that away from prying eyes.
