Hicoms 150-330E help

Its long time since i have done these systems and i need to change admin passwords and usernames also take back ups and i dont have anything ... my course was many years ago.. can any one help me get all the correct software ?

Hicom 300 3.0
Hicom 330E 3.0
Hicom 150 1.0

Hicom 150 v 1.0 leave user blank and just put numeral 1 for the password.

My experience in the Hicom 300 world is that it depends on what password your reseller set up for you or whoever was supporting your system - there is no default password so to speak. I can get into RMX with a defualt password, but there is no way I can share that *I* know of to get into cusadmin or rsca without knowing the password.

Who is your dealer for the 300s?
