Hibernate does not work anymore

I have win98 in Fujitsu laptop. Earlier I could start hibernate pushing FN and F3 same time and it did worked. Now when I trying to do it, nothing happened. Where I can get settings back?

Did you try using the Stand by option in Start/Shut Down?
