hi everyone I dont know if you can help me but i have a question, can i jus bought a a new printer, the hp officejet j4680c printer and its works great but ever since i got it it gives me this error code about the printing and wont stop popping up it says the scan cannot be performed because another network or computer is using the networked hp device and i cant get it to stop, and im not even scanning anything. Is it possibly because i have hp imaging device start when my computer starts?

Sounds like perhaps an IP conflict on your network?
