Hi. We are implementing Aloha Enterprise POS. I'm working in Insight to configure the payroll integration export file for ADP. I've created a couple of new reports to view to validate the tipshare amounts and percentages and am having trouble mapping amounts back to original POS check value. The auto gratuity field is not calculating and the one line it does calculate for, it doubles the 20% auto gratuity amount.

Does anyone know where I can find a clear mapping of tips, tip tender types, percentage, etc. that would shed more light than the documentation provided?
