Remove the bottom processor, clean the SIM Card metal contacts, clean the SIM Card holder contacts

The licensing codeword has a create and end date. If your battery in the processor is no good the date is invalid which breaks the code word. If you are v5 or below and I suspect you are, make a CHA-DATE to correct the date then a STA-CODEW;

That's just a hint I think. You are looking for a completed or not completed status output. You have not pasted the full output. Is dis-date; now showing the correct date? Dis-codew; ?

All the area of Controller no.1 should be inservice state. especially I-area

Disk areas are nothing to do with this problem. It sounds like he made a power off reload, processor battery is no good, he lost the time & date which broke the codeword. Codeword is not affected by HD areas - if the DB is loaded and date & time is correct, there will be no codeword problem. Area E is the only important area in any case, and we know that's working because he can use the DATE AMO, which will have loaded from PDS. Area I will have no effect here at all.

Indeed, this problem is due to wrong date/time or the SIM Card not being recognized. As said before, removing the SIM Card and cleaning it could be enough. Also if the SIM Card is loose within the "thing" that holds it, you can put a piece of paper above the SIM Card (Technical adaptations.. Haha).
