Hi,

This may seem like a stupid question but i have a good reason for it. Is there any tool or way to slow down a running swf movie. I do not have access to the fla.

Thanks

Yes you can load it up in a new movie set at whatever framerate you want, thus the loaded movie will take on the new framerate, or if you want to keep your main movie at a higher framerate, then control the speed of that loaded movie only, with a control movie clip.
