Hi there
I got one BP250 with BTU-D for ISDN and DDI, and need to make two or three external DDI numbers ring in one extension.
Is that possible?
Here is the ranges:
internal extensions: 600 to 619
external DDI lines: 021964600 to 021984619

exemple: how to make 021984600 & 021984601 ring in extension 600 for exemple?

I know how to make each external DDI rings in the internal extension through number analysis but the customer need wht i said first.

Thank you all.

one solution is:
-create a fictive numer 601,602,603
-diversion address for 601, 602 and 603 is 600
-when someone calls 601,602 or 603 then the call is routed to 600

regards
xs

OK
But the problem is that 601 & 602 exist and I need to ring 601 & 602 too
it's like parallel ringin if you want

-you can create a parallel ring group where 600, 601 and 602 are member

-if it is R18 and you have just 3 member which shall ring at the sam time,
you can use the new tridem feature
