Hi there I am working on Norstar system MIC 0/32 Software 7.1 F C
the target lines 157 show up on the intercom prime phone the phone has
11 app. on it also all private lines keep showing up on prime phone
intercom Provider is sending 10 digits we are set up for 7.
Also when call ring in the show as line 001

Thank need help

You need to change your received digits to 10 if that's what the carrier is sending.
When the call does know where to go then if can it will go to the prime set.

As an option - ask your carrier to change to 7 digits. Here that would cost you some bucks in service fees but might be worth it to save having to reprogram all your target lines.
