Hi there, I am trying to write a formula in MS 2016 to show a variance

I added Date1 and renamed it. I want a text field with a formula to compare the baseline finish against the date in Date1. But each time I set the formula it assumes the N/A in Date1 is < than the baseline date and says there is a date date change. but I don't want the formula to pick up the N/A. Can someone please help.

Thank you
