Hi, SV60E IS3000 problem

I have a 3070 Sopho, 2 consoles SV35 that works and a kit for the console SV60E (cd + software + dongle license LIC file, Fritz ISDN modem, PC with Windows XP Professional SP3).
I installed it on a board DTX-I7 (an even address in the 2B+D interface for the PC, signalling group 6404. and the second circuit (odd address) for the telephone D320/4, signalling group 090F).

I have dial tone from D320 / 4 (DNR 2005)
I installed ISDN modem, CAPI / TAPI / ISDN WATCH, THE SOPHO Supervisor app Installing 60E SOFTWARE,
I selected Stand-alone, I choose 'MASTER' in case of a stand alone system. Also I selected during setup of the Operator Directory 'GENERAL'. When the installation was completed, I loaded the license
I added an operator name/passw. When I try to log in …opening connection ISPBX and the following message appears:
the call handling application cannot get connection with the ispbx
ISDN watch B2 is green.
What to do to connect?

DTX-I Circuit should be OK, 2005 got dial tone. Try to replace ISDN cards
