Hi Path 4k /no access to DND feature

Hello,
Is there a way to elimiate a station from accessing the #5 DND feature?
I have tried building a new COS but I don't see the feature to make it possible to block a user from placing their phone in DND.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There are two ways I know of, but both of them affect all stations. You can remove #5 from WABE, but I don't think that will stop it from working through the menus - I believe that is from memory because I tried it once and people got around that, and you can also go into the list where features are activated and deactivated and deactivate DND - that is the one I chose for one of my clinics that had ACD Agents that liked to put their phones on DND. I doubt there are more than 1/2% of my staff using it, so when I shut it off system wide it didn't really affect anyone.

You can use the AMO FEASU for this.

DIS-FEASU will show you what is activated vs deactivated.

with CHA-FEASU you can deactivate or activate a feature like DND across the whole system.
