Hi; Our company is converting to Unity viocemail, to be used in conjunction with Cisco IP phones that are scattered throughout various locations, some of which are a three hour drive from the offide. I have successfully built call handlers and with the caller inputs. I can record a greeting for the call handler, and for menu mailboxes. What I can't do is to enable someone else, at a different location, to record the call handler greeting. I need to be able to be at my location, and enable a party at another location to record the call handler greetiung. Is this possible, and if so, what procedure is used.
