Hi My computer ,which is Pentium

My computer ,which is Pentium III 1.0Ghz and running Win2000,during the boot PROCEDURE appears blue screen with the message
PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED.It says me to disable BIOS memory which I did but with no luck.

Could anyone tell me an advice or what to do?
