Hi Marv,

Well I followed your directions and changed the system to the square template and I got lines 1 & 2 to work just fine, however lines 3 – 4 – 5 are still not working.

I can call in on the telco numbers and the lines will ring in on the main LCD program display, but not next to the buttons/line 3 , 4, or 5. They are still dead and blank with no dial tone.

You stated that you are in the SBC area. I am in Oklahoma.

Still puzzled…….any further advice will be very much appreciated….!!!

You are making progress now.
Go into CONFIG.
Hit next to item 2.LINE ACCESS. Hit SHOW
Key in the first set number that you want to look at.
Under LINE ASSIGNMENT hit SHOW. Lines 1 and 2 should already be assigned. Hit NEXT and Change for each line that you want assigned to the first set. Repeat for each set, or if they are going to all be the same, Hit HEADING until you see the COPY softkey. Hit the COPY key and follow prompts to copy to the other sets.
there are a lot of odds and ends that will need to be tweaked. Lines by default after a startup are pulse instead of tone for example.
I am directly 1 state north of you, but have installed many systems in Oklahoma in the past.
Most everyone on this forum will be able to help you if you run into more problems.
