Hi,

Is it possible to distribute APS for different projects from one CE system? i.e, we have one report server on which CE was installed, we have 2 or 3 projects will share using this report server, right now, different project use different folder to publish their reports to CE. I wonder Can we distribute APS to do this? just like each project has their own CE environment, from APS to report viewer.

Am I clear?

Not clear enough for this befuddled mind

CE allows you to set up folders with security based on groups, reports and users. So if you're trying to allow for different reports viewed by different groups, use security.

If you have multiple APS's, I think that you'll require multiple licenses.

Perhaps if you fleshed out the details more I can better contribute.

Thanks for your reply. The issue is we have 3 different projects use same CE8.5 in one report server. What we are doing is exactly what you mentioned above. But the thing is we need to use different configuration for same viewer. i.e, 3 different projects will use same java viewer, my question is if each project has their own idea on how to customized the java viewer, how could it be done? Because After I changed java viewer configuration with administrator right for my project, the 2 other project found the java viewer for them has changed which is not what they want, then what should we do with this issue?
