Hi.

I'am having an Issue with outgoing calls:
We have an only one SipTrunk.
All outgoing calls are cut at 15 minutes (some seconds mores).
But incomming calls are not afected .

I can't find a place in the configuration for modifying a call max time.

The carrier says they have 2 hours limit.

Any help, please?

Have a look at your short codes

Example: Maximum Call Length
The character t can be used in dialing short codes to set the maximum allowed duration of a call. For example, the following short code will dial a number but then disconnect the call after 20 minutes (plus or minus a minute).

· Short Code: 9N

· Telephone Number: Nt(20)
 
The only short code can affect is at the main ARS.

N"@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (carrier proxy IP)
dial
100 (is the sip line number)
 
Check system monitor if keep-alives are send en received.

 
which filter does affect to "keep-alive" monitoring ??
