Done this on Succession only
Press Small mick button below volume followed by up/down/up/down/up on the menu keys ,then small mick button and then 9 (Red) Release button.
Unit should flash and then read Nortel networks when this appaers press the four feature keys below screen (Left to Right)
this then bring you into the menu for IP settings.
