Hi, I am new Fortran user (not programmer)
I am using a program that created by some body to solve my problem
but this message appeared when I compiled it.
*** FATAL ERROR 2 from DGVCSP. Matrix B is not positive definite.
what this mean and how to fix it.

DGVCSP is double precission version of the subroutine GVCSP from IMSL library.
The error you got means what it said: You passed to the subroutine matrix B which is not positive definite - see the documentation:
