Hi, I need to manually enter a credit on someones card that has been batched days before and I'm not sure were to start.

Its batched. Easiest way would be to create a negative check and post the credit to their CC.

If you don't have the credit card number you can probably get it from the processor. If you don't have the credit card number and your processor won't give it to you, you're going to need them to give you the credit card number.
