Not sure what you mean by 'specification'.
If you mean 'what are their values', eScreenMatch=1; eVivid=2; eNoTreatment=0 (these are in the 2.1 reference).
If you mean 'what effect do these have on the printer', I'm afraid I can't help you, other than to speculate that the answer is in the names.
