Hi, I have to end a digital extension but I get the message "Dir has RAC" - any ideas - also , what is FCN - CLT,

CLT is used at ACD and means clerical time, the time from an agent ends a call till he is ready to receive a new one.

I might add that CLT on a Function Key is used to terminate possible remaining time of the clerical time.
