Hi.

I have been getting a problem with printing from Lotus Notes.

A few of my users have been getting "Insufficient Memory" when trying to print a mail, but if they switch to another printer on the network, they can print fine. It seems that there isn't any logic to who and where except that the users who can't print to their default printer have a HP LJ4 plus printer as their default. The printer they switch to is a HP LJ 8000.

I've had this error before, but it has always been due to a mail documnet with some corruption of some sort. This time it is all documents for that user to that printer.

Anyone have any ideas?

Some questions - first, what desktop OS - 95,98,Me,2K, XP? How about patch level? If 95 or 98, how often do they reboot? If 95, reboot every 3 hours or so to avoid problems. Also, are they using Notes Minder ? That can cause problems sometimes - better to just minimize the Notes client and let it notify you... is the 4Plus a local printer, and the 8000 Networked?
